Absolutely fantastic tastes. The Japanese chef works alone, which adds to the charm of this small restaurant with big dishes. The sushi rice is excellent, and paired with the very fresh fish prepared with excellence makes this the best japanese restaurant in the city, and perhaps the region. Book in advance to secure one of the few tables, and enjoy the salmon, the tuna, the amazingly marinated daurade, and the great surf clams. The yakitori is also incredibly tasty and tender. We went three times in three days, once for lunch, and it never ceased to amaze. Too bad we live very far from St. Remy. Or maybe it's too the best, otherwise I would honestly eat here almost every day.
Sushis de qualité par des maîtres sushi japonais et français. Grande qualité du poisson, inventivité des sushis et des salades en entrée. Le meilleur sushi a 200km a la ronde.
Excellent ! Bravo ! Le shirashi est vraiment hors de commun! Très frais et savoureux ! Sushis et rolls aussi. Soja est de bon qualité et le wasabi c'est du vrai et bon! Même un simple miso soupe est mieux que d'habitude! C'est pas le premier prix mais ça vaut le coup largement - pour cette qualité et savoir faire c'est même pas cher! Bref, excellent petit resto - japonais jusqu'au bout!
