always been a fan of Sushi Essence, and this negative feedback is probably not entirely their fault. I'm ok with waiting a bit longer for the food, it can happen, but the driver was apparently close to my place 15 minutes before to actually hand the food over to me, on Friday night. Don't know what happened, but the quality was poor, specially temperature wise, and Uber Eats kept on saying that they couldn't do anything about it, and that they would have conducted an investigation. Nothing happened yet, not even a single apology. Very disappointed.
