Really stunning omakase that indulges every taste bud in your mouth. This restaurant is hidden in the basement underneath a different sushi restaurant. You must reserve ahead of time, up to a maximum of 4 people per party. The sushi bar we sat in has enough seating for maximum of 8 people. The sushi chef was masterful with his craft, slicing fish and rolling them with great precision. Occasionally he would taste the fish to make sure they were fresh. This was the first restaurant I've seen where the chef flipped open the sea urchin to check for contaminants in the center. We received about 21-23 pieces of sushi in total. I simply lost count after eating so many of them. Every single piece was delicious, rich in flavor, and a wonderful experience.
Japanese food at this place - very good. Food was so tasty. The service was very helpful and observant. Prices were average for the menu. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.
The food is always well prepared and delightful, cashiers provides fantastic service. I like the cleanliness and ambience. I highly recommend this spot.
