Susan Fruhman Nutritional Therapy

I saw Susan for about 6 months and in that time I completely changed how and what I eat. I had a terrible diet before and I really don't like vegetables but Susan showed me ways of introducing small amounts and \hiding\ them in nice food, I also eat more regularly and I'm never hungry. I have much more energy and feel so much better in myself, I would recommend Susan to everyone!

I’m a little bit biased because Susan is my mum, but I’m not embellishing when I say that she has taught me how to enjoy food while making good healthy choices that ought to keep me in good nick for a long time to come. Thanks Mum. You d bez.
