Very dirty place. Always remains untidy and no one cleans. The laundry is exhausting and some dryers are not working. It is so messy that you can’t even think to sit on a chair. The air is always full of moisture. The gas station is quite good than their laundry service pretty clean. Even though the staff don’t care. As they have only 1 person as their so called staff. The parking is available there and good but at night mostly trucks are parked so you get only some places to park

Consider this a guide for uhaul customers. It's a convenient location for picking up your rental. Usually have all the vehicles plus trailers on the lot. More than the uhaul storage located on KGB and 83rd (always low on equipment). Be warned: 1. Come early, only one staff member. 2. Book online and come with confirmation printed out. 3. Staff will not check vehicle for gas or damages. Do take pictures prior to departing, some trucks are pretty scuffed up and have lots of prior damage. 4. Dont except much in accessories; dollies, ropes, etc. 5. Confirm your return time. The store itself: I have a feeling this place is in a state of liquidation or being sold.There is no food or drinks, and what there is has been expired for months. There is **no gas here** and possibly for months. the propane is out too I bet.
Terrifying. Most ghetto thing I've seen in the Lower Mainland. Laundromat, internet café, convenience store, uhaul center, gas station, car wash with a large empty room and empty shelves, with one employee.
Gas prices are always 5-10 cents more than regular price. Sometimes they run out of fuel and the place isn't well kept. They got a convenient store but it isn't well stocked and a laundromat inside, they're also, a Uhaul 3rd. party dealer.
