A truly beautiful bridal boutique, full of the most stunning gowns, one of which I was lucky enough to take home with me – the Mercedes by Enzoani! Deborah was an absolute diamond and despite the ghastly coronavirus pandemic, she went out of her way to ensure that the experience of buying my wedding dress was still an unforgettable one. Really shocked to see some of the reviews are negative. I went in with my mum this weekend and i had a great experience -i tried on a large selection of gowns (all beautiful) and the owner made me feel so at ease and comfortable and had great suggestions for alterations etc. Although i didn't buy my dress for here (still looking and am in no rush to purchase just yet) still would 5* for customer service and would definitely recommend!
I first went to Surrey Brides with my mother about 11 months prior to my wedding. I had no clue what style of wedding dress I wanted, and they made me feel completely at ease and took the time to help me figure out my style until we found the one! Deborah was great in letting my know what alterations could be done to the dress (ie I wanted sleeves to be added), and my subsequent follow up appointments were great! The dress fit perfectly, and I would just like to thank Surrey Brides for their great service! I would highly recommend them as a wedding dress shop.
Deborah and her team totally know their stuff, I'd been trying on dresses all day when we came to them and was near to giving up, Deborah welcomed us warmly and listened to what I wanted, she also encouraged me to try different styles of dresses and bingo I fell in love with the most beautiful dress. The team were so helpful, I had a couple of fittings and each time I felt amazing! Thank you so much for all your help and for helping me have such an amazing day!
Deborah is amazing!!!! She knows what shes doing and I always trust experienced people who have been in their field for a long time. Deborah has a beautiful selection of dresses and if I had the time like a normal bride I would have spent more time looking at lots more dresses. It wont be hard to find a dress you like in this lovely boutique because Anita will also help you find the dress you want. Mum was offered tea whilst waiting for the big reveal. Thank you so much Deborah and Anita. You took all my stress away...now I cant wait to pick up my dress
