Writing this review to help others in deciding where to buy their precious metals from. Excellent establishment, everyone there is knowledgeable, and more importantly friendly. As a new buyer I was surprised that they were willing to take time to explain about various bullion products. The prices are very competitive, and often better than other local dealers and Canadian websites. I just happen to be local, so I usually go to the retail shop/office to make my purchases. If you are in lower mainland, then this is the place to get your gold/silver bullion products. I recently got 5 gold bars from them, and upon coming home I realized that 3 bars were of old version (the packaging too had minor scuffs due to day to day handling). I called them and inquired if I could exchange the bars for a newer ones. To my surprise the person on the phone (I think it was Roger or Robert) didn’t even hesitate a second, and asked me to come in and swap the bars anytime. They were running low on the inventory, but they kept the bars for me till I got them swapped a day later. That in my book is excellent customer service. Unless I plan to buy something they don’t usually carry, I’m not shopping anywhere else period.
