After watching Street Food Latin America, it’d impossible not to visit it, while in Lima. Their foods is simply perfect! We tried the traditional “combo”, which includes ceviche, fried squid and sea food rice. One portion was enough for two people. And the taste....my God....unbelievable! An amazing experience! Unfortunately, due to COVID situation, the restaurant was only open to take away. So we grabbed our food and sat just in front, by the street. It was definitely not comfortable, the the food worth it.
We waited 10 minutes before setting because the number of tables were limited. The quality of the Seafood we ordered was one of high quality. CEVICHE DE MARICOS was to us the best plate we ordered. We liked it so much that we ordered a 2nd plate of CEVICHE DE MARISCOS. We were taken care very well and the quality of the Seafood was very good . We want to thanks the employees that answered all questions to us. We appreciated their efforts, SINCERELY, TONY MORA. GRACIAS.

Cash only. Such an incredible value! The combinado had so much food and it’s sooo good!!! Unfortunately they’re understandably closed for dine in because of the pandemic. The cebiche and it’s leche de tigre was unreal and goes perfectly with the chicharrón! The best chicha I’ve had too! And you get arroz con mariscos!? Even at 30-35 soles this would be a steal but I respect chef Tomas Matsufuji’s passion for food that’s accessible to everyone.
Where do I start.. tasty, mouth watering, authentic & delightfully delicious. We hit this place up after reading the rave reviews online & while I was skeptical it could live up to the hype that quickly disappeared when I smelt the amazing aromas wafting from this local haunt. It’s tiny, seats only 10 people but it has an awesome atmosphere thanks to the locals & staff. I highly recommend you get the combination which is ceviche, deep fried squid & seafood fried rice for just 20 soles. This was one of the best meals if not THE best during our 2 week holiday. Do yourself a favor and hit this place up.
Very good ceviche with seafood fried rice for only 20 Sol at the time of writing. Good sized portions but not huge. Very limited seating so you might need to wait. Staff doesn't speak that much English but just get the combination which everyone gets. Lots of locals. Recommended.
I went to this place due to the rave reviews on TripAdvisor and I CLEARLY was NOT dissapointed. The seating was limited and we had a short wait but who cares when the food is good. Most of the patrons were locals so that was a nice break from the tourist area. I ordered the combination plate which is easily shareable ..it was just the right combination of goodness.
