Epic store , has to be seen to be believed. Staff are pretty friendly and educational. They have a huge range of pellet guns.. an even more huge range of airsoft and realistic weaponry. They also carry some crossbows. Amazing shop and I will definitely be becoming a regular here once I have my skirmishing experience in order. Honestly one of the best airsoft shops i ever been to in my life
Outstanding service and product knowledge When I bought my air rifle there. The boys know how to make you feel at home. A couple of weeks later I made an online purchase and again they came thru. Well worth visiting if you ever get the chance. Even if you're just window shopping.
Visited Surplus Store UK in November last year 2020 to purchase an air soft gun for my teenage son. The staff were really helpful & knowledgeable , first class service with a smile. Covid restrictions were in place on the main entrance and throughout the store, whilst minoring numbers on the premises.
I was impressed with there customer service after i brought an air rifle from them and it turned out to be a bit of a Friday gun! They did try their very best resolve the problem because i had driven over 60 mile to get to them! As they didn't have the gun in the walnut stock and only in the synthetic stock left, they changed to stocks on the rifles! not many shops would do that? they certainly went the extra mile and thats why i'm giving them five star review! (As rarely give them) Thank you guys i will be using your services again
