First time trying paddle board and a great experience with this company. Hugo, our guide, went above and beyond to help with providing information, booking, taking pictures during class and sharing his knowledge about the sport and area. His excitement rubs off and makes the experience enjoyable for everyone , no matter the experience level. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience with this company, We booked through the ‘Jumping’ website (which is the link on Surf School Asturiana’s Instagram account) and was told by Hugo Jose Suarez Diaz (of Surf School Asturiana) that they no longer use the ‘Jumping’ website and We would have to cancel our online booking. As a consequence, We have now lost the money which We paid for our booking (105) and We cannot do the activity anymore. Surf School Asturiana never offered to refund the money We paid for our booking, even though the website We used to make the booking was linked to their Instagram account. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would recommend that you avoid them and choose another company in the future.
My wife and I booked a paddleboard experience and it was fantastic! Hugo was very flexible with our start time (we were late - sorry!) and he is a lovely guy. Hugo picked the perfect spot for a our launch which was a really flat river with breathtaking views of the mountains and trees. Our dog - Aggie - came along for the ride too. It was so great to be the only people out on the river and have a good amount of time to find our balance and work on our technique. Hugo gave us some great tips and once he had assessed our ability he took us out into the ocean. Just awesome! We paddled for about 45 mins and reached some caves which we paddled into which was amazing! Hugo knows the ocean - tides, wind direction, where the waves form, currents - he is a true waterman. We felt safe and well looked after. Hugo took lots of great photos and videos of us paddling. We will definitely go paddling with Hugo again next time we are in Llanes! Muchas Gracias! 10/10!
We had a brilliant morning learning the basics of Paddle Boarding. Hugo and has team were great fun, a laid back and super enjoyable experience. Lovely to discover a new beach in Asturias.
Escuela Asturiana de Surf An incredible experience, totally recommended to spend a good time with your family, friends or partner. The instructors are very professional and eager that we all have a good time. A new experience that we will certainly repeat. Thank you so much.
