Absolutely outstanding customer service. Had a puncture, so arranged for their mobile unit to come out to get my tyre replaced. They did this quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. Very reasonable prices too. Will be using again. Thank you.

Took my car here to have nails removed from 2 tyres. I was given an appointment within the hour and was quoted for possible replacement tyres which were in stock. As I live locally I left the car with them. After inspection one of the team rang me to say that once the nails were removed it was clear that the carcass had not been punctured and no further repair was required. The car was available for collection within 30 mins and best of all free of charge. Great service!

(Visited December 2020 - forgot to post review!) Cannot fault my experience of Surbiton Tyres. Called to arrange an appointment for a replacement tyre - received friendly customer service over the phone - they were flexible as to when I could book the car in. On examining the tyre, I was told that there was no need to pay for a replacement as it was a puncture that they could easily repair. They also went ahead and checked the air pressure on all the tyres (and topped them up) They reported back that one had been flatter than the others and suspected a possible slow puncture and advised me to return next week I felt it had got lower (it hasn’t) Very impressed at the honest service I received - it was friendly yet professional throughout. Excellent value for money.
