Absolutely fantastic service, emailed them with a problem on a Mk7 Golf radio/media system, got a very detailed response offering several repair options. I placed an order for a replacement \plug and play\ Infotainment unit Monday lunchtime and received it Tuesday morning. Superb service and will definitely use again if needed.
Did a fine job fitting cruise control and sorting out the Sat Navigation on my Audi TT. Did both together at home, they had a technician in my area. All worked well, quickly answered a question I had subsequently. I cannot fault them in any way.
I can't rate these guys highly enough. The booking process was easy. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job in retro-fitting the reversing camera. A friendly, professional service at competitive prices.. couldn't ask for more and I'll definitely be going back.
Thoroughly excellent service. The infotainment unit on my Octavia vRS had an intermittent fault that they traced back to a problem with the motherboard. The Skoda dealer could only offer to trade the unit in for a new replacement at a cost of more than twice the amount charged by Sat Nav Systems. Hamid was extremely polite and took considerable time to investigate and explain what was going on. I definitely recommend this company.
