Used for a family party and Chris arrived before us and put the bouncy castle up promptly and was very organised. He cleaned the castle before use so it smelt lovely too! Kids and adults all enjoyed themselves. Communication was great and arrived on time to collect. Will definitely be using again! Thank you!
We were so impressed with the service from All Bounce Surrey. We initially chose the company because they had a Disney Cars bouncy castle that was just the right size for our garden (our son is a huge Cars fan so loved it), and Chris was really helpful and courteous. He responded quickly to emails, contacted me a couple of days before to confirm everything, arrived early and set up very quickly. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with - made everything so easy. We hired the castle and some garden games, which all the children loved so we could just sit back and let them play! Highly recommend!
A fantastic service! Bouncy castle arrived in good time on the day, was clean and firm enough for 30 kids to play on without accidents. The slide out the side was very popular! Chris is friendly and professional.
I cant gush enough about the service and experience we received from Chris. Chris went out of his way to accommodate a last minute booking which was carried out with great humour and through a prompt and timely service.
