Had a really bad experience with ordering online and it saying it be ready in the shop for me to collect the next day however this never happened. I rang the shop and spoke to them they were so helpful sorted it out straight away and I was surprised how long I had to wait for the refund to go back into my bank.. I rang them up on Saturday and it was back in my bank Sunday! I can’t remember the name of the girl who sorted this out for me but she had 100% excellent customer service and she was very polite. Next time I will stick to shopping on stores! Thanks again!
