A visit to the pharmacy was a waste of time and rather unpleasant. Not one acknowledgement from any member of staff that I even existed. I waited patiently and left. No one wanted to serve me. Two members of staff were busy doing the work of one and the others were busy avoiding making any contact with the customers. The queue was just getting longer. I won't use this pharmacy again when there are so many to choose from.
Was okay. I don't like going into any shop due to underlying health conditions and the current pandemic. Find the staff okay but other people really need to respect the fact that some people will not want any strange anywhere near them. Hence the reason I am looking for an online pharmacy that will deliver to my home.
Very strange experience... felt like the staff were on commission. Every aisle I was approached and a member of staff would try and sell me a product- even trying to get me to swap for items I'd already picked up! The man at the counter was pushier than any car salesman I've ever met!! Very uncomfortable shopping experience - will shop online next time to avoid the constant badgering!!!
The pharmacy get to know personally it's great! The superdrug staff always at hand to help you with anything.
