Went into town on Saturday to get my nieces ears pierced. For her birthday (May) but with lockdown she had to wait. We went to Claire’s as we knew they did dual piercing and we were unsuccessful and found the staff rude and not very helpfully. So as you can imagine my niece was upset. Then I remembered that someone told me Superdrug had started doing ear piercing. So off we go. We went in and saw they did it. Had a look at the 9ct gold studs and we were ready to go. One happy girl now. Found the lady and asked if they where doing them she said yes and asked if we wanted dual. Yes please. But unfortunately her manger was on a phone call and the lady was so apologetic. She said I can still do it if you want them done. Yes please. She’s waited since May! The lady was helpful kind and very high standers of cleaning everything before and after use. I would highly recommend anyone with young children who want there ears pierced to go there. 5 star service and beyond we got. Credit where credit is due. If reading this, and you where the lady working on Saturday 29th Aug in Barnstaple at about 11.00am THANK YOU. You made my nieces day and your customer service skills were 100%. THANK YOU

Typical small store housing all your beauty/personal items. Lovely lady who also does eyebrow waxing/threading etc in back of store.
A good place to get makeup and health care products and they always have a deal on but sometimes it can be quite hard to find exactly what you are looking for.
