Superdrug Stowmarket 20th April 2019 I entered the store to buy one item only, queued up. As a man was being served in front of me. 3 other members of staff were gathered around the second till chatting. Once the serving member of staff finished with the man she went and joined them, no acknowledgement to me or customer service involved. Feeling they were extremely rude I put my item down on the counter and left. Then went to Boots and purchased my item and was served by a very helpful young lady. I think for Superdrug some retraining on the importance of customers to all its staff members.....

I love superdrug. Everything is easy to find. Prices are good. Can easily fit a double pushchair round the isles.
Be aware of false advertising! I went to purchase something here and was tempted by the offer of a gift if purchasing three items. So, I found and picked something else up. But at checkout there was no gift. When I asked I was told that they \didn't have any\ by a very surly employee. As I only purchased the extra item to get this then I was very annoyed, and was told that to return the item I would need to go to another till which had a large queue. They should not advertise something which they can’t supply. A week later, they still had not gift stock but were clearly advertising the promotion.
A fantastic shop in stowmarket the lady who helped us was so helpful she knew the products and could advise me on what I needed plus Superdrug do a lot of products cruelty free . Great shop and lovely staff .
