I had a phone interview with this company yesterday with a person named Mahesh for an entry-level position. He asked me a technical question about which one of these two logical gates is faster: NAND or NOR. At the moment, I could not remember these two circuits at the transistor level. I needed to write down truth tables and sketch the circuits to give a correct answer. And it took me some time. But I was under the pressure that I am not a good engineer cause I did not remember the answer right away. Hopefully, I could sketch the circuits correctly and I answered the question correctly in that short time. but I was not completely correct with my reasoning. Honestly, I was not struggling to be correct to get the job. It was a challenge for me and I wanted to answer that question correctly no matter if I get the job! But the interviewee was saying this circuit is so easy that everyone must know right away. He said, \I studied this 27 years ago and I still remember it\. ENGINEERS do not memorize books! I wish I could ask him a simple question in my area of expertise about a simple amplifier circuit and see how he could answer. However, besides the implication that I am not a good engineer, he also cut the phone when I was correcting my reasoning for why NAND is faster. It was so disrespecting! I would not recommend this company.
