Very happy with the topsoil we got. The pH was right, the nitrogen was good, and it had a good amount of sand (for drainage). This is 7 days after seeding.

Sunland saved the day for us. We had ordered bark mulch from a Mount Vernon landscaping company and had hired a worker to help spread that mulch. 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery, the Mount Vernon company canceled the delivery with the excuse that the delivery address was “ outside of their delivery zone”. We had purchased mulch previously from that company and it was delivered. Sunland came to our rescue and delivered their mulch within 30 minutes of learning of our dilemma! Donald, we are so very grateful for your business and your help during this challenge. Needless to say, you have definitely earned our respect as well as our repeat business-not just for our annual “box of rocks” but for all our other landscaping needs! Thank you so much.

Great service. Some of the Product is not very good though. Bought a yard of top soil today for grass. It ended up being mixed with gravel rocks and bark. I would say 10% of it was rocks and mulch and bark. Didn’t realize it until my guy spread it out and had already seeded it. Might have it all removed and start over.

The delivery was over 2 and a half hours late! The delivery guy is a complete moron. They also gave us a bad estimate. 0.10 higher upon delivery. If you are within Maillairds delivery radius, I highly suggest you go with them! The extra money is completely worth the extra money to save your valuable time and peace of mind!
