Unhygienic. The person who serves your food to the table is the same person who clean up the table. Did he wash his hands every single time after cleaning up the tables? I doubt so...
So-so. Because of you must go to the counter for ordering and it was very inconvenient when there was many people was lined up before you want to order. And also there was no description on the menu. Just the name. Also the staff doesnt give more information about the menu that you asking for.
Not worth the money!! The chicken so small and the rice was cold.. Will not going there for second time..

The whole point about Ayam penyet is its sambal. Having said that, this particular outlet in Sungai Petani failed to deliver the standard taste of AP’s signature sambal taste. The sambal here tastes like regular sambal belacan. On top of that, the kitchen staffs are not serious and asked us to wait for 20 minutes for them to prepare and fry the chicken. I hope that the franchise owner could do random checks so that the service and food could remain with the likes of other restaurants in different cities because I am an Ayam Penyet lover.
The ayam penyet is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I love the chilli paste that comes together with it; very hot and spicy!! It awakes my taste buds in every spoonful that i take. So far, this is the only ayam penyet branch that serves the dish with a complementary soup. I've been to other ayam penyet ap, but they don't come with a soup. A plus point to this branch!
