Sungai Ara kopitiam is one of local favourite hawker stall around that area. It is famous for Nasi Lemak but it wasn’t open on that day we visited (saturday around 10am). So I tried other food and this is what I thought about it: 1) char kuew tuew - not bad, juicy type 4/5 2) curry chu cheong fun - tasted very weird, they added sichuan pepper and very oily 1/5 3) kopi - not bad 3/5

[ban] 1) overall - hawker environment, limited parking, okay service, reasonable price offered by Sungai Ara Kopitiam 2) curry Chu cheong fun tasted yuck. Curry was cooked too oily with the mixture of mala spices, it was really unpleasant to have 3) fried kuey teow tasted average but it appeared to be too watery.
Around 6pm plus, almost everything was closed except curry noodle, Tang Hoon fishball soup, chicken mee/wan tan mee and Chinese cuisine. We chose Chinese cuisine. Not bad...
Local delights, reasonable price. Good chicken noodles, satay and keow teow
Good lical Hawker food... All kinds...
Nice to sit n take yr meal. Sometimes run out of seats, bcos hv to follow SOP for CMCO. Foodstalls serves palatable dishes but not complete choices. Guess space is the main issue. Drinks stall charges 20-30cents extra, but ok as taste of drinks is good, drink kow kow. . Guess what is important, is can get a good, satisfying meal for yr day. Services are very good. Worth coming back again n again.
Nice place with economical choices serving local delicacies
