Great company to order from, I placed an order at the height of the pandemic and received delivery promptly. The sales team always happy to help and the drivers always pleasant and cannot do enough! I have ordered on several occasions and all items are fantastic quality! Thank you sunflower I wouldn't shop anywhere else! :)

Ordered a contaminated waste bin from this company, for the 4th time. I have always had a great service. This time, we ordered a bin which was smaller than we needed once it arrived. I contacted the company and requested it to be replaced (I understand I would have to pay the difference for a bigger bin) who advised me there would be a fee totalling 65 to return the product. There is no mention of the return/refund policy on the website whilst you are purchasing, it was only after an email telling me where this policy is was I able to find it. I believe I am right in saying Sunflower Medical are going out of thier way to hide this policy. A 'restocking' fee is an outdated fee, and absolutely ridiculous - surely no customer is ever happy being told of it. I understand that sometimes couriers do cost money - and I am happy with the option to arrange my own courier. But 65 is ridiculous to return an item! A return should be as simple and straightforward as purchasing an item. You have proven that your priorities lie in money making, rather than keeping customers happy. I am absolutely disgusted with Sunflower Medical, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You have lost a long time, regular customer.
Very slow service and yes, that's in the knowledge everything is manufuctured. Staff not always helpful too.
