Walked in today to look at a Audi sq5, asked for a test drive as I was interested in it. Guy took my licence and asked what I could afford to pay I gave him details, he then proceeded to take my own vehicle reg to give a part exchange value(that I was happy with) He then asked me “if I was happy with the car would I buy it today” I said no as I had a few others to look at so will make a decision buy end of the week as I don’t buy the first one I see he gave me a dirty look and then was told he would sell that vehicle buy that time and not offered the test drive. What happened to the nice sales people with good customer service these days. Heard a few story’s about this firm but chose not to believe it untill I seen it. Safe to say I won’t be going back I even if I wanted it

I was made to feel at ease and Kevin helped me out getting familiar with the car and keeping me updated on the progress of getting the car prior to collecting it. Came across a Volkswagen UP and decided to check it out when I was approached by Clayton who was fantastic at negotiating an excellent deal on said car and also took my previous car off my hands too, Clayton was very helpful in showing me around the Volkswagen and explaining any questions I had. Very friendly, professional & honest experience. Not to pushy in regards to trying to make a sale just give me the facts and offer. Would recommend to anyone.

5 star customer service from start to finish, Clayton was a diamond in helping my wife choose her new car, he was down to earth with no pressure and honest to a fault.
