Love this store. Great selection & varied prices Got a great quality Aran knitted pompom hat for 4.99. Then I rescued a reduced garden solar powered owl with a chip in its wing. He was lying all alone in a trolley with reduced price on looking at me with his big solar eyes. So he had to be bought & now living happily in my sunroom.

After ordering the Molly Dining Table and Chairs online. I just wanted to provide feedback on the Customer Service received from The Range. A special thanks to Theresa who after a delay in the delivery from the courier, kept me informed and ensured me that they would resolve any further issues if further delay. The dining set looks fab in our room and wouldn't hesitate to order online again.
Large store and easy to find. Great choice as in all of The Range stores. We visited at around 4pm at the end of November, so it was a pretty dark time of the day. I felt that the car park, and the road leading in to it, wasn't very well lit as the other Range shops like Hartlepool or Durham. Other than that, a pleasant store to visit.
