Waited 4 hours. Didn't see a single royal. Not even a minor. Asked for my money back. Said I should write to HMRC.

Can be busy but nice modern update to the hospital and separate children's A and E is a godsend instead of being in waiting room with all the drunks/numptys/wasters etc.
