Could not ask for a better service, I ordered a custom build for my daughter and Craig went the extra mile and beyond to complete the job during some major lockdown stock issues. Craig and the Geekys team hold the highest standards and the customer service is outstanding so good iv already took a number of other devices in for some very honestly priced repairs. I'm a customer for life now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else . I look forward to Craig and his team moving back in to the Newcastle Eldon Gardens Store when the word returns to some kind of normal.

Just had my sons nintendo switch game card slot replaced here. Great service, very quick so my son was not without his switch for long. Very reasonably priced repairs. Very highly recommended.

Took my PC in with slow load up issue, they tested my computer for over a week with and without the peripherals. I was assured it was normal especially for the type of processor I had and said that to get everything faster and better I'd be better off upgrading whole machine. Didn't charge me as there was no fault and they were completely honest about that; plus they didn't put pressure on me to immediately change up the computer.
