Couldn't be much quicker at selling you a car. Paper work seems to be a very difficult task with multiple advisors I've dealt with, always the typical 'the paper work hasn't gone through' malarkey. Once you drive off they are not so keen to help if any issues arise. I rang with a few problems that were not major, the best advice I received was to go to a VW garage. More money out my pocket, thanks Evans!

My Husband and I bought a Car from here yesterday and dealt with Connor Ramshaw. From the start when us walked into the forecourt, Connor come out and spoke to us asked what we were look for etc. He then showed us a few cars, spoke about them etc and offered us a test drive. Connor is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so at ease when you get talking to him. He’s not pushy or anything and just lets you make your mind up for yourself. I took the car for a test drive and new it was the car for me. Connor took us inside spoke about our options etc and about part exing my car. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We picked the car up a couple of days later and Connor Taxed, Mot’d and everything for us. We didn’t have to do a thing. I would highly recommend Evans Halshaw at Castletown and ask for Connor. I wouldn’t shop anywhere for a motor. Well done Connor and keep up the good work!

I paid a deposit on a mini and left feeling hopeful that it would be mine after a few days. 11 days later after many excuses and shockingly bad communication, we arrived to collect it. Sadly there was a paperwork problem so it couldn’t be collected! Yes, I know things are slow at the DVLA due to COVID-19 but I really thought dealerships had an obligation (legal and moral) to check that they were in a lawful position to sell a car before it was even advertised. Yes my deposit was returned but not one word of apology from anyone. Absolutely abysmal customer service and plain bad manners. The car was to be a retirement present from my son but this terrible experience did take the shine off things.
