I have not long been going to this pet store and i would like to say that I have always had a pleasant experience and I think it has great staff that are very helpful and happy to assist with any questions or help you may need

I got a hamster from this shop and it pass a way 2 day after And the staff did not care Next time I will go to pet at shop as they are only 10 and they give better customer care

Great advice recieved from Sunderland store on a first time setup for a budgie. Got my budgie from Felling store again staff very helpful and friendly.
