I have used this specific branch on a couple of occasions, due to my local branch locking their door well before the actual closing time.. Which is despicable because I have called at my local branch again this evening to collect my winnings and was refused entry at TWENTY FOUR MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME... Again using the City Centre Branch *(Park Lane)* I have just received outstanding customer service from both members of staff working this evening.. Well Done To You Both.. It goes a long way when you're given a little bit of someone's time.. Again, Absolute Appreciation for Your Professionalism in Your Role This Evening..
