Never on time and frightened behaviour and poor customer service
Taxi drivers fine, no problem with them. However phoned for taxis 6 times in March and was charged 4.38 vat on my bill. Queried this with my phone provider they confirmed it was because the telephone number on this website began with 070 which is a premium rate number and not a regular mobile number . It charges 65p for the initial connection then 1.50per minute. Bit of a rip off as this is not mentioned on their website.. Beware! Would have given a no star rating if I could
Taxi driver picked me up after I explained how my last taxi driver had left me and only just finished work. Lovely taxi driver took me home and was so friendly about it! Thank you so much!! Just shows how there is some lovely people in this world!!!
