My car was involved in a crash and was repaired at this garage. When I went to pick it up after it's been repaired I was surprised, not in a good way. From the distance it looked ok, but when I came to inspect the repair closer my opinion has changed. Car body panels do not align properly, rear bumper is sticking out more than side wing, gap between them panels is uneven, repaired part still has signs of damage, new plastic trim around wheel arch was covered in white residue. Instead of taking my car and driving it home I had to wait for another hour when they tried to fix some of the issues with their repair. Finally I was told that they can't fix it and they need to order new part so rear bumper could be clipped in properly. They promised to call me, when part will arrive. It's been now two week since then and I haven't heard anything back. Quality of repair would be acceptable for 400, not for 4500. Another issue was that they gave me courtesy car with empty fuel tank. I will never take my car to be fixed at this garage again. Attention to detail is very poor. Level of repair is equal to backstreet garage.
