Really bad experience of this restaurant. A order was placed. 3 hours later this order still had not been delivered. Tried to find out what happened with the order with a staff member. The customer service was appalling and all the man was interested in was palming us off on someone else so he didn't have to deal with it. The matter was still not resolved after this phone call.
Nice cafe you can find everything sweet here. Everything looks yummy and like the photo. It does taste good (very sweet though) so if you don’t like very very (like extra) sweet things, this not where you want to be. The sorbet ice-cream looks good but tastes bad. 1st pic: guilty pleasure 2nd: Sorbet (I did not like it, I usually eat sorbet but this is not what I was waiting for!) 3rd : I don’t remember the name, but it was the most famous one (most ordered one, and it tasted good)
Most horrible food I’ve ever tasted. The restraunt is over rated. The food was very appalling bland and tasteless. The pizza I received was the most basic pizza in my life no flavours or any herbs. Chef requires food teach course. If you have a exotic tastebuds avoid this place. I don’t see how students even eat this trash. 99p pizza from tesco taste better. Pizza I ordered was the tandoori chicken urgh! I only went here because they offered me a free milkshake which they made and gave to me while food wasn’t even prepared by the time I got my food my shake was melted like slush! Customers service is out the window!! I knew I should have gone next door to so Famous They are trading under 3 different names I wonder why? Please rethink before you order from here.
Well nice but if you get a milkshake and waffle take your time cause it's very nice
