This is the first waffle and ice cream place I love as the workers are very polite and friendly and they work their hardest to get you your dessert on time. The Oreo milkshakes are amazing and especially the Afghan ice cream sheer yakh. The shop is very clean and well managed with the workers trying to clean the tables as soon as they can to seat other customers. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone the desserts are divine

Unplanned stop to get something whilst cycling and when I attempted to enter the restaurant I was instructed that I couldn't bring my cycle inside. The restaurant was completely empty apart from two queuing customers. When I challenged this I was informed \these are the rules\. A customer kindly offered to stand with my bike outside whilst I ordered but feeling both humiliated and embarrassed I declined. There was more than enough space to prop my bike out of the way but clearly common sense gave way to rudeness. Whilst outside the premises the other customer also offered to do the same and look after my bike but the stance of embarrassing a potential customer without any sense of empathy and hiding behind non written rules was enough for me to take my custom elsewhere. Response from the company as follows: Response from the owner an hour ago Dear customer we love to serve our customer in best manner but everywhere majority of restaurants won't allow dog or cycle inside still we have said we can bring your order outside for you you can stay with your bike outside the shop but unfortunately you refused the service once again please understand the situation it is not a normal time its covid-19 time we can not allow bike inside our restaurant. Don't take it personal. Firstly, dogs and cycles are inherently different I cycle for leisurely purposes, commuting and charity rides and many places have permitted me to bring my bike on premise for a quick purchase. It's an absolute lie that I was offered the opportunity to be served outside. The customers in the shop feeling uncomfortable with my treatment offered to stand with my bike outside so I could buy something but I politely refused as I felt too humiliated. I fully appreciate these are challenging times as I work for the NHS but that's even more reason to act with compassion and not humiliate potential customers.

The best place I had ever visited thy r perfect in everything vvv clean place,vvv nice sheeryak,jala,falooda their ice creams ull nvr get such a tasty ice cream anywhere in London.th best thing I love abt them is their beautiful menu,clean plc their staff vvv polite I really appreciate.n their waffles n crepes r awesome
