Their food is excellent. Their Covid procedure will frustrate you no end. You can't get through on the phone, you don't know if you should go in to the shop to collect, you end up waiting outside the for your name/number to be called, only to find your order has been getting cold for 20 minutes. Sun wah: Just put some basic instructions on the window so customers know what to do. Phone order customers: just go straight in the shop and collect, you don't need to wait... The people waiting outside are customers who ordered in the shop and are waiting for their food to be cooked.

Worst Chinese we’ve ever had, so confused with all the great reviews on here.. We left 3 out of 5 of the dishes because they were so rubbish. Even the chips were barely cooked Edit - it was the sun wah branch yesterday lunch - broccoli, chips, chicken soup, veggie curry and s&s pork
As always great food and quantity, better than any takeaway or restaurants in Bicester even the new one on retail park
Amazing freshly cooked food. Flavoursome. House fried special rice is a must try! You can do special request to twitch the menu a little, no fuss at all. Always happy to suggest if u not sure what to order. Very friendly Owner.
