I know COVID is a real thing but I had to bring my aging mother to the emergency room and they would not let me in to support her. I don't know how they think it is okay to have someone in the hospital and not be able to see their loved ones or to have so done to advocate for them. We need to find a way to have better patient centered care. Highly disappointed and really frustrated.

I've always had nothing but great experiences here. Doctor's and nurses are very professional and friendly. No long waits in the ER. I was admitted late Into the night and they offered snack, sandwich and drinks to make me comfortable.All around it was a positive experience under not so great circumstances.
