Anyone who says this place is great has to work there. Or, they have to be a relative. This staff is so unorganized and so rude. They don’t know what they are doing. It takes them weeks to get back to you, if you were lucky. Nine times out of 10 they say they never got your voicemail or they never got your report from this test or that test. You have to go get the report yourself and bring it to them. A famous quote from any person in the office is “I didn’t get it“. They don’t get your voicemails they don’t get your emails they don’t get your reports. And then they don’t even try to get them, it’s up to you to make sure that they get them. And you’re not seen for at least an hour until after your appointment time. Then you’re only given five minutes. Nothing is explained, I was given my diagnosis over the phone. I found a new doctor and it is like night and day.Every complaint on these reviews, I have experienced as well.

I been a patient of Dr. Syal for 2 years and I like how professional and serious Dr. Syal is with the questions and treatment plan. Every human body is different and I am finally getting the results that many of us wish to be seizure free. I recommend him throughly he is a great doctor.
His care for my aunt was exceptional. He was informative and patient with her throughout the entire visit. His assistance was also very caring and patient with my aunt.
