But for the fact that our little princess was comfortable, I would consider a lower score since this place is dated and could use a freshening up of paint and better heating controls. The pluses are that they are courteous and quick to remove snow from their lot. The included breakfast was better than most and they accepts four legged family members without extra fees. I found the bed comfortable and would stay again.

Walls are thin, they vaccum the hallway at night, after certain hour lobby is closed and no staff on site. Toilets are the smallest size you can get.
Checked out about two hours after I check-in. Found and killed “a bug,” in the bathroom and then found two more within the same 10 minutes. One was on my pillow and the other next to the fridge. Caught the last two in a cup and took to the front desk. The fella working there was kind and apologetic. He identified them as potato bugs. Whatever they were, I didn’t want one (let alone three) in my room or bed. Checked out around 10pm and found somewhere else to stay.
Great customer service, my room was perfect for me and my dog, and I truly appreciate the full-size fridge and stove (and pots n pans). My bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was nice, too.
I needed a place to stay on short notice due to a storm while moving that allowed cats and this hotel is one of the few that would allow me to being them into my room. The rooms themselves are dated, but all the fixtures, furniture, and appliances in the room were clean and functional. I checked the bed over and it was spotless, with no sign of any issues during my stay, or in the past. The heat worked well, and it's nice having heating controls that seem to actually respect your choice. There's a huge parking lot which was helpful for me as I was driving a big uhaul with a car trailer on back of it. The view out of the front windows is nothing to write home about, but the view from the back windows is okay. The staff are friendly, and the cleaning lady loved the cats. Unlike a lot of hotels they'll accept cash or debit provided you pay a deposit, and I had no trouble being refunded the next morning upon checking out. I think a lot of people are being overly harsh in their ratings. This is a perfectly fine place to stay the night in my opinion, and it's easy to find which is a bonus. Plus the prices are good for the size of rooms you get, I only paid 79 for a two bed room during the off season. For reference the room I stayed in was room #2, right by the pool.

I had a great stay here the room was clean and we had the kitchenette room which supplied everything we needed to cook. The building was very quiet. They serve a free breakfast which was ok (some eggs were wet and some to hard not a consistent cook) also should supply a waffle maker like most places we have stayed in with toppings ( whipped topping, strawberries, etc) A few changes would make this place a 5 star.
