Sunday at 3 pm, Uptown tims drivethru. I was horrified to be handed my food and drink order by an employee without protective gloves on. Is this the new policy? Pretty slack of management on protecting the public from community spread of the virus . Please correct this dangerous practice! I dumped my order first bin I came to. Didn't want to risk infection

Very bad service, drive thru staff is not friendly. They never have whatever we try to order maybe they are too lasy too cook anything for us. Even they did not have tea in order.
One of the worst tim hortons, I have ever seen in my life in Canada, they did not have proper products for mobile orders and did not even get the refund for that, sometimes even they don’t have tea especially night time.
I used to really like Tim Hortons, but in the last 10 years or so taste of the food has gone bland. Maybe it's just me
Always a pleasure to visit this store.
I always want to give the Granville Street Tim Hortons a chance, and they always disappoint me. I'd rather drive through a busy city to get to the next nearest one knowing they serve better than Granville street ever will. Coffee tastes completely watered down again, this was their last chance, and they blew it surprising no one.
