Food was expectedly inconsistent. But I love the flavor of the chicken and price specially for an average person like me. Service was so great years ago. There would only be few people working but handles and manages the store properly. But nowadays it'll be full of workers but none seem happy whenever a customer walks in because they are all busy chatting in the kitchen. You could feel the arrogance of workers specially if it was their mistake. I always order online so it'll be ready for pick up but it's either nobody seen the order on the tablet, tablet isn't charged, etc so it's no difference walking in the store to order and wait few more minutes. No apologies, no admittance of their mistake, nothing! Really bad customer service for the majority of it...
If you like ordering a 10 piece and getting "pieces" of chicken the size of your thumb, KFC is the place to go.
I had the best customer service ever. The girl at cashier was very polite in nature and knowledgeable. Will love to visit again!!
There good is greasy but it is good and they are always ploit I'm KFC.
I Ordered online and showed up to wait another 10 minutes in the store, just to be told they dont have any of the chicken i order for my meal. And they didnt have any left at all, then they used 5 peaces that are missing haft the meat off the bone and do not look enticing to eat nor actually be a meal. Then when i took the food back and asked for a refund was told they couldn't and only give me a instore credit for my meal.. then as another 20 minutes gone by and my order now haft cold they have the chicken i order in the first place. Do Not order or eat here poor service and food isnt worth the headache.
I'm not a huge KFC fan normally, but the Famous Chicken Sandwich is a game changer.
Bad costumer service and the girl in cashier is really rude (Gurjit S.). Kindly train her how to connect with customer, interact and properly discuss about your product. It looks like she’s not knowledgeable and don’t have patient facing the customer. I will always keep on eye that girl for any changes.
