Very poor compared to previous years! Manager needs changing they don't seem to care about the place! Very SAD... 1000's of decorations and hundreds of trees. Products and loads of food items to buy. The hamper service wasn't being advertised which seems a little dim of management as I'm sure it's a number 1 best selling service at Christmas? If I were the owner I would definitely be asking questions about this and finding a NEW MANAGER! We bought a lot of unusual items and a lovely lady did a great hamper for us.

More than a just a Garden Centre, brilliant ideas for gifts and cards, plus a great food shop with local produce and interesting and unusual choices too. The cafe is outstanding, although closed at the moment due to the pandemic. Would recommend a visit to anyone.
Lovely Christmas displays, excellent range of seasonal plants, even at this time of year. Extensive range of speciality foods and home accessories. Always a lovely festive atmosphere leading up to Christmas.
No social distancing what so ever. No one way system in place and people just crowded on top not each other in certain places, that fill up like a bottle neck pretty quickly. There's never a member of staff to be seen when u do need assistance, had to go all the way to the deli counter to find someone. There should be more than one sanitising station, ESPECIALLY in the deli area
Very helpful staff member who gave a lot of advice and spent time and patience explaining. Good hygiene awareness. A good restaurant with quality food
