Bought 4 x 2 lean too aluminium greenhouse for wife. Best price I found and delivered next day, though for Xmas present. Nice little greenhouse, I have fitted it securely. Built a 3\ x 3\ fence post frame each side, filling in the back with stained tongue and groove I had lying around, placing a 4\ x 2\ across top of posts for extra rigidity, then fixed to ground wall and wood backing, but we'll see when the wind truly blows! Kitted out the inside with Argos 20 4 tier shelf unit, and a 3m strip of 6\ x 1\ planed cut into 3 shelves, fitted to inner verticals with 6 x 5 'L' brackets. Is it perfect? No, but that's 'cause I did it, and there ain't a level surface in the county, but I think she's happy! (It's my kind of perfect).

Well organised prior to delivery, item matched the description and was delivered and installed earlier than anticipated. Installation was quick and efficient. The product is good. However, I payed for it to be installed and once it was the doors immediately started to stick so badly that I could barely open them. I phoned the company and received no reply. I emailed and the same. The company didn't do anything to rectify the problem so, despite paying a few hundred for installation I ended up having to plane the door 3 times, including recessing the lock. This took a few hours of my time. Also, some of the fixing are starting to rust 4 weeks after install. In summary, they were good until the item was installed but then customer services was awful with problems after installation.
I am giving my 2 stars to the very organised delivery. I ordered a summer potting table which I've just started to assemble. Do not waste your money on one. It is very disappointing. The screws are the cheapest you can find, the heads have completely mashed. The wood is cheap and nasty. There are places where pieces break off where there is a knot. The wood is warped. I think I could have made it myself better.
For the price, this summer house cannot be faulted. It was fairly easy to assemble, taking two of us about two days, although we could have completed it in one if we had rushed. Before that, we had spent a couple of days levelling the ground and putting down the base. The build is sturdy although a little rough round the edges in places. A little planing was needed on the ends of the lapped boards to enable the sections to fit snugly but I anticipated that and used the few days of rain that preceded the good weather to attend to this before assembly. There were some issues with delivery and it was evident that some damage in the first attempt at transit had been repaired but this was not a major problem and once it was painted, it was not visible. We needed four people to lift the roof into place. From delivery to complete and painted was two weeks.
I would give ZERO stars if there was an option.It saddens me to have to write a review like this. We ordered our summer house last year and it was delivered in October Tony who arranged delivery told us not to open it to let the fitters he recommended open it. When they arrived in November they open it and it was damaged. The fitters called Tony straight away and he said he would order a new piece. So we trusted them. BIG MISTAKE, we have since sent numerous emails and I kept Tonys phone number I called he said these things happen it will get sorted. We have waited and waited and nothing, no response from them to even update us. I have put a letter of complaint in as suggested by them. If you go on Trust pilot you will see lots of people have had similar problems. all we want is a summerhouse that isn't damaged or for them to collect this damaged one, deliver a new one or give us a full refund . they have said NO to all the above.
