It was my first time visiting this restaurant. Very good hygiene with hand sanitizer on arrival and social distanced table seating. Staff all wearing PPE. We ordered a few starters, then a large meat platter for the main dish and later, deserts. Food arrived promptly and looked fantastic. It tasted great too and we all enjoyed it. Prices were good for what we had. This is not a criticism, but just be aware that there are no alcoholic drinks available. I look forward to visiting again.

What can I say, the food at Sultan is so delicious, you can taste the amazing flavours as they burst into you mouth. If its this delicious with a takeaway thanks to uber eats then I can't wait to eat in there. I definitely recommend trying the Chicken kofte and the chickens wings, not forgetting the delicious bread with that amazing sauce.
My husband and I visited Sultan Ahmet today and had a lovely experience. We loved this place, and we visited it twice. We ordered Sultan Mix Platter, the flavours were outstanding, different from other Indian Kabab restaurants. The quality of food was really high. The staff were super kind and friendly. I had to come back to your restaurant. I highly recommend this place, specially if you want a change from Asian food.
Nice atmosphere and good Turkish food. The only problem we had was that the drinks were not cold and they had no ice the day we visited. It was quiet busy but the managed to sort out a table in around 20 minutes.
As soon as we entered the staff member that greeted us was very grumpy, made us sanitise our hands (which is reasonable) but stared at us while we did it. She then spoke to us in a very rude manner when we misunderstood how to use the sanitisation bottle. Furthermore we ordered food and amongst that was slightly undercooked chicken, when we reported that to staff, the chef asked the staff member to tell us it wasn't raw and then when we showed the pieces of chicken he blamed it on the chicken. Also he didnt change the food for us or even apologise. Decent food and some staff members were lovely but the overall experience was unsatisfactory at best. Definitely will not be going again.
