The only redeemable thing about this hotel are the views - directly overlooking the Sulina canal. The rooms are all modern and relatively clean - had to ask for the bedsheets to be changed because they were stained. It's clear that the hotel is understaffed, the breakfast is not included and there is no functioning restaurant kitchen. Whatever staff there is, they are incompetent. I don't know if it's hotel policy or what, but the front doors close every evening and you have to wait for the front desk to wake up to let you out (they're not fitted with an universal lock, so you can't use your room key to unlock it). Or in, if you happen to stay longer in town. We had to wake up the receptionist to get inside one evening, after waiting for 15 minutes in front of the hotel, while several tourists were inside, waiting to get out. Absolutely disgraceful. 1 star because the views are amazing and Sulina is an unpolished gem.

Clearly waist of money. Id only stayed some days. People told me there is cheaper Danube Delta Hostel. Also its better go camping if you have enought mosquito protection.

Personal deosebit, mic dejun bogat și fără salamioase, echipa de management ne-a comandat toate excursiile dorite de noi cu niște ghizi care nu ne-au grăbit și ne-au răspuns la toate întrebările.
Raport calitate pret excelent. Personalul tanar si amabil. Imi pare rau ca nu am servit cina acolo (la restaurantul hotelului) Micul dejun bun si consistent.

Am fost cazați 7 nopți în acest hotel. Managerul Alex a fost extrem de primitor, amabil, prietenos și respectuos în același timp. Personalul este tânăr și dornic să fie la dispoziția turiștilor. Masa a fost bună, am avut zilnic atât preparate din pește, cât și alternative. Să nu uităm faptul că hotelul este în Sulina, unde toate produsele sunt aduse pe Dunăre, de câteva ori pe zi, nu se găsesc la discreție, oriunde și la orice oră. Locația hotelului este deosebit de frumoasă, pe faleza Dunării. Camerele sunt amenajate cu mobilier nou și cu bun gust. Cameriste au trecut zilnic, au aspirat și au golit coșurile de gunoi. Pentru a ajunge la plaja Mării Negre se poate lua maxi-taxiul care are stație în apropierea hotelului (preț 3 lei) sau unul dintre taxiurile foarte dese din oraş (preț 12-13 lei). Pentru cei care ajung în acest loc unic în țară, recomand cazarea la Hotel Delta Palace!
