A great experience with Sukie's tonight, we went to collect some food and the gentleman serving was very polite, you could just tell everything was fresh and he was doing his best to provide the best he could for his customers. After around 10 mins he said it would be ready in around 5 mins as he does most things fresh and doesn't like storing food in the heated glass cabinets and I said that was absolutely fine by me. The food was so good it tasted right up there, one of the meals we had was the S.F fish and the flavors used on it were very good. The battered chips were also very tasty and again freshly dipped for us. His equally polite daughter was helping her dad at the chip shop as he was short staffed which was nice to see. Great food and very polite service we will definitely be back soon. Thank you to both!

Oh Dear. think it's under new owners or being run remotely, went in with a easy order cod & chips & 2 pieces of southern fried chicken & a bag of chips. seems the chap at the counter does not understand what i said i got a bag of chips followed by a piece of chicken and about 10 chips. literally had to organize from where i stood and even then didn't understand what a piece of cod was so given everything else whist waiting 15 minutes for a fish to be cooked. had to microwave everything to warm up our dinner when i got home and the chips were greasy as well. honestly if someone could do good traditional crispy chips not coated in batter they'd make a fortune seems they don't know about double frying... looks like trying to find a new chip shop this one used to be alright
