Lovely outdoor yoga session in the sunshine. Thank you Helen, a fantastic teacher as always.

Waltham Yoga is great. Any newcomers to yoga (as I was nearly 3 years ago) should embrace Helen and her classes. Helen offers a good range of classes for all ages and abilities. You will always come out of the classes feeling 10 feet taller, mind clearer and feeling great. I would highly recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work!!
