I have gotten one of the best customer services and dining experiences in recent years here. Not an ordinary udon/soba franchise location near the station.ou purchase your item ticket at the door, then hand it to the staff behind the counter. The typical quick-grub restaurant franchise location. But this man running the shift when I walked in was exceptionally note worthy. I would usually not do reviews for these places, but this is an exception - an example of a customer service that needs to be model after if you are in the service industry. Just watch him at work. So thorough and smooth. Both the interiors of the restaurant and the kitchen are clean, his two-man system was so organized. My food was ready in about a minute, no exaggeration. Even by the Japanese standard, you wouldn't expect this type of operation from an ubiquitous \fast food\ establishment in front of the station. Two thumbs up. I'd happy to give this place business over some novelty shop with a mediocre rating.

Basic soba place. Delicious as usual.
週２位で朝そばを利用しています。 店内広くて、感染対策もされているので安心して利用できる。
安定の富士そば。24時間営業で（コロナ禍以前は）飲んだ後に重宝していました。個人的におすすめは、かけそばに紅しょうが天を追加です。ぜひお試しください。
親しみのある味の富士そば 高円寺店の天ぷらは正直揚げる人によって固くなったり柔らかくするので時の運である。
