Ordered online ahead and spent 80 bucks on dinner. Asked to sit at one of the many many empty tables on the patio... Told that its against policy. Something about the artistic vision of the head chef. Totally fine but maybe have a one time warning policy as to not end up treating your guests like trash.

Food was carefully packaged, and included condiment instruction guide to help you enjoy your meal in its entirety. Fish looked and taste fresh. The rice was not for me, but the meal was satisfying. Thank-you for the meal
Really enjoyed the sushi. Quick, friendly , accomodating staff. Unfortunately it did not sit well with my stomach and i ended getting sick on my way home from the restaurant. Mustve just been a bad batch or something, this wont stop me from returning again.
We were in Manhattan beach for the day and wanted to try the food as it was recommended to us by a good friend. It was during covid lockdown so the dining room was closed. I ordered online which was easy and our foot was on time. We took our food down to the beach and dropped a flashlight into tha bag our food came in and it made a great lantern for our beach picnic. It was a little pricey but well worth it as this was some of the best sushi I have ever had. I was not okay with the 25 fee I guess it was for covid??? Just added to the bill. Other than the extra fee it was a a great experience. We will try it again once the lockdown is over.
COVID UPDATE: bring a mask. Getting the “Nozawa — Trust Me” option was basically 50 per person. So this spot is pricey if you want the good stuff. But — trust me — it’s worth it. Service was excellent and the food was melt-in-your-mouth-ruin-other-sushi good. Street parking can be a pain but the meters in Manhattan Beach take plastic. We went here for lunch and we were seated immediately. 10/10 will return after a 20 mile bike ride again.
