What a nice place to dine in with the magnificent view of the fountain giving a beautiful view while having dinner. It was decorated with a hundred photos of celebrities eating sweet food, a big led screen, a candy shop, and an inspiring seating area. The staff was so courteous and on their feet to serve us with a smile. They were sanitizing the entire table so well after every customer leaving. The food was delicious with significant portions! What keeps us hooked, More than the food is the amazing service from everyone -From the moment we arrive till the time we leave we always feel very welcome and taken care of! Tried 2 dishes, mushroom risotto was not bad. Portion was too small though. More like an appetizer for me. Service speed needs to up the game though. Service is slow. Took the waiter awhile to get our order. Finished my meal, and wanted to order dessert. I waited to get a waiter almost to the point I wanted to give up and go to Cheesecake Factory next door.
Recently I visited here with my family for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was freshly baked and taste was so yummy . Restaurant decor is superb with indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. All staff are friendly and helpful.
A first time visit. Place was extremely busy. The front of house staff (Sahar) did her best to find us a suitable table. She was very polite and helpful. We waited for a while to have our orders taken. When the food arrived it wasn't what we expected. We ordered the Thai curry, and Chinese chicken and mushrooms in 5 spice. Food was bland and watery. We couldn't complete it. We hate to make a fuss or waste food, but the Thai curry was very unpleasant and having to bite into a huge piece of root ginger was the final let down. We sent it back and called for the manger - Quentin. He was polite, apologetic and listened to our concerns in a timely manner. We hope to return and try the food again because staff were great, but unfortunately the food lacked in flavour, presentation and uniqueness.
I have visited Sugar Factory many times and this was the first time I was visiting the Festival City Mall branch. Went there for a birthday lunch and the ambiance was really nice. It was pretty packed with all social distancing measures in place. Food as always was good and the customer service was great. Highly recommended place.
The dishes are amazing. I tried the seafood spaghetti and the ribs spaghetti and they are both super yummy. You have also to try the mixed berries mojito. Its really delicious. I strongly recommend sugar factory restaurant for the whole family members.
I really like the Sugar Factory. The menu is great and extremely varied. Despite the name, it is not all about sugar! However, desserts are definitely what they do best. The decor is sublime at this branch, especially if you get the lake view. The staff was very professional and extremely attentive. The only reason why my rating is a bit low is because one dish came a bit cold. But I definitely recommend the place especially for celebrations!
Good place to chill with buddies. Very welcoming staff. Ensure to make a reservation before visiting as due to covid seating seems to be limited. They are following all measures in order for us to feel safe. Love the burgers though their menu is a bit pricey entertainer made it very affordable for us. Must visit.
