Had a fantastic spa day experience at the Gainsborough Spa yesterday. The staff were attentive and friendly and the treatments were amazing! After the stress of lock down etc., it was so lovely to do something relatively normal and feel safe doing so. Having the spa to ourselves (with in our social bubble) was such a treat. We're already thinking about our next visit! :)

Amazing experience here on a spa day with a friend for her birthday pre lockdown. Was made to feel welcome by friendly helpful staff. The swimming pool is beautiful with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as a pool. The gym is very easy to use and is beautifully clean. The treatment we had was in a couples room and we both had an amazing champagne and truffles facial. We felt 10 years younger when we came out. I highly recommend Lucy and Thea for treatments. Never felt so good. Thank you for a lovely day.
Booked a Serenity Spa with afternoon tea with my friend. We've had the best day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean. The gym was small but had a good variety of equipment. The relaxation room was devine. The afternoon tea was simply delicious and more than we could manage and the staff were more than happy to box it up for us. I would highly recommend this spa, I will definitely be returning.
We had an amazing spa day today, the treatments were excellent and so relaxing. Great facilities and friendly attentive staff, I definately recommend!
