Very friendly and not in the least bit pushy when it comes to sales. You're allowed to wander at your leisure without being constantly pushed towards a particular item like many outlets do. I was there for some time and left with one piano in mind. Spoke to Lesley the proprietor on the phone later and agreed a deal on a very nice baby grand; a couple of days later it was sitting proudly in the sitting room. The delivery team are first class too, no issues whatsoever. I can highly recommend Suffolk Pianos.
I would certainly recommend Suffolk Pianos, who did a complete refurbishment on our Broadwood Piano. They were helpful and friendly, giving progress reports and advice and throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the results. Excellent service.
